achieve: <Anne Haast> seems to be giving <Peng> (I think eleven consecutive titles will do for now) a run for her money.

'Haast' in Dutch means [in a]'hurry' or 'almost', funnily enough. She'll need to show some patience to walk away with the title this year, though.

Go <Anne>!!

achieve: Haast has Black against Peng today, and bravely throwing a Benko at the chinese woman GM... Risky business...
Jun-30-11  hellopolgar: her record against Peng is quite one-sided.

achieve: <hellopolgar: her record against Peng is quite one-sided.> Anne is not even half Peng's age, and did get a half, draw with Black (18 moves 7th round; a little gift that benefitted both? Peng already sure of first place?), against Peng last year... 0.5/4 record true, but quite a small sample.
