Played in Argyle Resort Hengshui Taihua Hotel, Hengshui, China 14-16 May 2019. Time control: 15 min + 10 sec/move. Swiss system, 16 players, 11 rounds, starting at 2 pm each day. Tournament director: Berik Balgabaev. Chief arbiter: IA Sabrina de San Vicente. The 33-year-old Ukrainian Anton Korobov won with 8.5/11.
