Hesam7: <chessgames.com> Round 13 is still missing here.
Jul-03-05  Ezzy: All the 3 young stars had a successful tournament!!

Radjabov would of gained about 20 elo points for this tournament!

Karjakin gained about 21 elo points!

Carlson gained about 23 elo points!

Pantsulaia gained 38 points!!

Bologon would have lost about 20 points??

<fgh> Sokolov would have gained 2 elo points - The average rating of his opponents was only 2561

Jul-03-05  farrooj: how do you find how many points you win? I never knew how to calculate it.

jamesmaskell: Bologan and Nielsen had a bad tournament. Petrosian too. There were always going to be big players finding it hard.
Jul-04-05  shortsight: Petrosian? Please be noted that this Petrosian is born in 1984, frequented playchess server, not the Petrosian that Fischer faced.

jamesmaskell: Im aware of that. I know the difference.
Jul-04-05  firebyrd: <All the 3 young stars had a successful tournament!!>

Kuzubov also scored the same as Carlsen from only a slightly better rating - and will probably do about the same ratingwise ~ +20

refutor: <shortsight> also be aware that "the petrosian that fischer faced" has been dead for quite some time...his corpse did not lose any rating points in this tournament
Jul-12-05  Starfire: In studying this tourney I am awed at seeing so many awesome players in this tourney, with so many world class names and WHO wins it?? Nisipeanu WHO????
Jul-16-05  Starfire: This is an excellent tourney for study
