May-28-04  ajit: Can somebody tell me how much ELO gain has Shirov achieved with this performance? And how importantly, How mucn Nosher has lost?:-)
May-29-04  shr0pshire: I don't know how much Short lost, but what a poor performance for someone over 2700. He can't even get a single win. Shameful
May-29-04  steven18: This tourney was pretty boring in my opinion. It was good when it was a category XX tournament back in 2000.
May-30-04  Glycerius: Wait a minute LOL! Anytime chess players of a 2600+ (or so) ilk gather and wage war on the 64 squares, it's always fun! Even if every single game were drawn and lasted less than 20 moves (Kramnik's surest way of avoiding losses LOL), I would still come out and watch...

cu8sfan: So many won games! How refreshing after Reminares 2004!
Jun-01-04  Sylvester: Is this Shirov's first win since Reykjavik last year?
Jun-07-04  iwill: yeah. thanks for the great site.
Jun-09-04  Rowson: No one wins anymore, i wish someone like a new Tal or Fischer would come along and rattle some cages.
Jun-09-04  nikolaas: Take a look herehttp://www.chessbase.com/newsdetail...
Jun-14-04  Sylvester: Shirov and Anand are guys with the right style to do well in knockouts. But as of now neither is playing in Libya.
