  shr0pshire: I think that it is an indication of the quality of the chess players that Russia still produces when the lower qualifier for the Russian championship is 2649 and currently ranked 47th in the world. What a strong tournament the russian championship is going to be.
Jun-23-04  nrojbsa: Have played through a few games. Surprised to see a large number of "not the best" moves, as well as draws in an otherwise won game. Perhaps playing for a spot rather than a win. Appreciate the look into the human mind in these cases. Thanks.
