Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-10-05  cade: Looks like Hellsten was the only non-south american to play in this tourney. At least his trip was worth it.
Apr-10-05  acirce: Yes, Hellsten is Swedish (and one of Sweden's best players) but he actually lives in Chile so it wasn't a very long trip.

Impressive victory, should give him about 20 rating points to be added to his current 2554.

Apr-10-05  weirdoid: I never heard of Johan Hellsten before (sorry, I am not from that part of the world) - and even has a nice zero-word biography for him (and still lists his ye olde (?) rating). I wonder if he is probably a young player only recently entering tournament circles - seems like he deserves to be beter known.
