  patzer2: Hopefully Daniel has received help and counseling and started to get on with his life. The one awful experience doesn't seem to have hurt his Chess, and I for one hope he's regained a measure of self control and composure in making restitution for his regretable act, getting on with his life and in establishing more positive personal relationships.

  PhilFeeley: It is indeed good to see Daniel hasn't let the Olympic fiasco interfere with him playing chess. I see that right after this win he went into the European Union Individual Championship:
