Mar-17-07    cannibal: What a drama in Bologan-Rublevsky! On move 76 they reached a theoretically drawn endgame rook+bishop (for Bologan) vs rook. Rublevsky seemed to defend easily for a long time, but when the game already headed towards a 50-move-rule draw, he finally blundered. When he resigned (on move 124), white would have mated or won the rook on the next move, which would have been 49 moves after the last capture Mar-17-07    chislanoua: Bravo, Viorel! Of the nine decisive games in this tournament, he was involved in five if them! Viorel does not produce many short draws, but goes gushing for a win in most instances.
