virginmind: this is crazy: the next day sutovsky-carlsen game ended, playchess server still shows 11.b3 as last move played. as far as i know, playchess gets the moves from the oficial site. so the blame is on the latter one?

EVERYONE: make sure you play over this game! It is the furthest thing you can imagine from a dull Kramnik Petroff.

And thanks for the PGN, <virginmind>. And might you have the corrected score for <Sutovsky-Carlsen>?

Oct-09-07  s4life: <chessmoron: <Uhh, Chucky's a genius perhaps?> What? He's a genius after he draw against Ponomariov??>

Yup,
Pono is also a genius.

virginmind: <notyetagm> it seems the score for sutovsky-carlsen is 1-0, but we still have a ghost-game because of the weirdo-looking moves relayed.

virginmind: <notyetagm> <Thanks for all your responses to my requests. :-)> you're welcome, but only if you promise you won't talk bad of kramnik anymore and if you admit topalov was wrong with what he did (outside chess board) in elista. :)

Topalov was a bad boy at Elista.

And since Kramnik is no longer WC, no need to bash him anymore. :-)

Oct-09-07  borkoto: Roiz is going down fast....he is about to feel the bitterness as much as Bologan did yesterday against the lights of Cheparinov

virginmind: apart from opening up the g line, it doesnt appear to me as quite sound. but what do i know?
Oct-09-07  firebyrd: With a strong initiative and 1:02 - 0:13 on the clock at move 20 (10 more minutes effective on the 0:30/move increment) the sacrifice looks to be a good move. He will most probably reel in the full point.
Oct-09-07  firebyrd: The live feed seems to hang though, so we just have to wait and see...

virginmind: wow, i was not aware fressinet is that low on time...
Oct-09-07  borkoto: Hey does anybody know how K. Georgiev is doing against Lupulescu?

virginmind: oops, carlsen just won :)
Oct-09-07  chessmoron: Unbelievable, Xu Yuhua drew against the unstoppable Koneru Humpy which she is nearly 100 points below the Indian's ELO.
Oct-09-07  borkoto: Roiz is still hangin in there - amazing staff
