However, equally likely is that the players will play relatively safe considering the strength of the tournament, and be satisfied with 3 wins and no losses. But, considering this is a TAL MEMORIAL, maybe the players will be inspired to play fighting chess every round.(or I could just be wildly optimistic:) |

I don't think he'd lie. |

 | | suenteus po 147: Should be a great tournament, since you've got Aronian, Carlsen, Ivanchuk, Morozevich, and Ponomariov as dynamic players to counter balance the solid (many will say "drawish") play of Anand, Gelfand, Kramnik, Leko, and Svidler. Ought to be some gems in the games played at this event. |
