I don't believe that there are still someone who believes in such tales. I lived in autocratic regimes of Soviet era and in the puppet democracy regimes of North America. One still can believe in merits of capitalism, but it is the same braiwashing machine as during the Brezhnev's era. Fairy tales about new parties and right to choose between two evils. And I don't think that Brezhnev would tolerate genocide in Rwanda as Clinton did. This is to add to human face of capitalism.
