  Octavia: 4 nations: England,Ireland,Scotland & Wales. The Scots usually play in some English teams. I don't know if the Irish & Welsh put in a team or two.

  waustad: I considered that combination but saw so many Icelanders and Continental Europeans on the teams over the years I wasn't sure if Iceland and the Netherlands were 2 of them.
