Walk the King, Feel the Sting; Fredthebear Thing
Compiled by fredthebear

There he goes again!

These are mostly forced king walks (some farther than others) via check or threat of checkmate that sent the monarch on the run. Generally, these are NOT queenless middlegames where he came out as an attacker, but some are included. (Trompowsky Attack A45 0-1 A Bigg vs Pavel Dimitrov, 2008 comes to mind.)

Thank you perfidious, addiction to chess.
See perfidious' favourite king marches, Compiled by perfidious.

See The Walking Addiction compiled by sevenseaman. I have no idea how many games we share alike.

This is a collection split. The 1.e4 games have their own king walk collection now. The 1.e4 games will be removed here in due time.
