Kibitzer's Corner
Oct-19-04  mack: A game well worth looking at - an example of what happens when black declines the wing gambit and allows white to build up a pawn centre.

Tartakower opens up multiple lines with the anti-positional 13.g4; 18...Nxh6 obviously fails to 19.Bh7+ Kh8 20.Bg6+ Kg8 21.Qh7#

Aug-21-05  ceblair: (1) Somebody on rec.games.chess suggested
that Black was not clearly lost after
29...Kd8 (instead of 29...Qf7).

(2) In his games collection, Tartakower
says 27...Kc7 "also had its drawbacks"
but neither crafty nor I can find a win.
