  ChessCoachClark: The book VERA MENCHIK: A Biography of the First Women's World Chess Champion, by Robert Tanner has this game on page 188 as game #248, but as Josek Kolski vs Vera Menchik-- colors reversed.

Tanner quotes the source as being Lachaga, Lodz 1938.
