  Calli: Eliskases missed the win: 28.Qg8+ Kf6 29.Be6! with Nd5+ to follow. And, of course, he could have done it on move 30.
Jul-16-11  BobCrisp: You've really got a downer on poor, old <Alex>, haven't you? I wonder if he showed <Eliskases> the win immediately after signing the scorecards.
Jul-16-11  DrMAL: <Calli: Eliskases missed the win> Sure did! 28.Qe7+ was also a quick slaughter but he somehow missed all the different ways to win from here and simply refused to try. Alekhine did not play the obvious 26...Bxd2 and went completely unpunished...
