Feb-12-05		Darklight: This is not one of Dr. Alekhine's better games. Ironically, Bogoljubow defeats Alekhine here in the same spectacular manner that Alekhine defeated countless players.

Dec-04-05		Calli: Its interesting, Bogo should have played 24.Re7 but maybe didn't see that 27...Qxf8 28.Qe6+ wins. Therefore he plays f4 - I think in order to play Qf5+ when Alekhine plays the K to h7.

Dec-04-05		SnoopDogg: <Whew, Alekhine must have had a few too many when he played this game. I'm still trying to figure out Rb8.> Ironically, it was Bogoljubov that may have had to much to drink. Bogoljubov was in amazement how Alekhine can go to a bar before a game with him and still wipe him off the board, so Bogo tried the same thing so the story goes and actually won the same day both drunk! I don't think this was the game though, it was there WC match this happened.

Apr-14-07		fm avari viraf: It's a nice tactical game by Bogo who seems to have out played Alekhine no matter who had more pegs.

Sep-26-07		Honza Cervenka: AA lost this game already in the opening and especially after 12...Nf6 black was toast. 12...Bxf2+!? 13.Kh1 Ne7 seems to be somewhat better though white has an edge after that as well.

Apr-28-08		whiteshark: Alekhine lost this game on time.
