Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-20-09  Udit Narayan: Anand shows why he is a supergrandmaster.

fredthebear: Anand shows his tactical abilities with the rook sacrifice to speed things along. 37.fxRe5 QxNd4 38.cxQd4 g3 and Black's connected passers are mighty tough to stop. Although White has a pawn push of his own, it seems to come up short. If instead 37.QxRe5 QxQe5 38.fxQe5 Bxc3 forks two White pieces and unblocks the connected passers.
