Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-05-07  Morphystyle: A portion of this game is in Re-thinking the chess pieces under mobility and targets. Soltis points out 17...Rxf5! 18 Qg2! Anand said white would be much worse after Nxf5 Bxf5 and Nd7, because black's minor pieces are so well placed especially the bishop. 19...Rf4! Black offers the rook on a different square for a different piece. 20 Bxf4 exf4 would serve two purposes, opening up a good diagonal for the g7 bishop while eliminating white's best defender of dark squares.
