TheFocus: I predict a landslide coming up.
Aug-14-12  SimonWebbsTiger: The Curiousity Probe on Mars has sent the following message back from Martians:

slab, bloob, bah, fftang-fftang AJ.

Experts have worked out "NO!!!". Quite what fftang-fftang AJ means remains a mystery for the exo-biologists and linguists.

Premium Chessgames Member
TheFocus: And I certainly don't want <AJ> posting any of his home movies of him and Ramone.

This is a family site.

Aug-14-12  I play the Fred: As of this morning...I have received ELEVEN!!!!!!! E-Mails telling me to do the video! One came from a (former) student who said, "I think your videos are the best!" (He lives in Tampa now)

Seriously, AJ, just do the video. You obviously want to, and "The Troop" telling you not to should just motivate you to do so anyway.

As long as viewing the video isn't mandatory, who cares?

Premium Chessgames Member
  TheFocus: <Quite what fftang-fftang AJ means>

<Fftang fftang> refers to "shoving his computer up his butt."

I kinda softened that down a bit. After all, this is a family site.

Aug-14-12  SimonWebbsTiger: I vote "No" too

TheFocus: "Troop?" What Troop? There is no such organization.

And I was never a member. Nor ever suspended.

Aug-14-12  I play the Fred: <TheFocus> That's why I put it in quotation marks.

Colonel Mortimer: And that's an emphatic 'no' from me too.

Colonel Mortimer: <TheFocus:> <Fftang fftang> refers to "shoving his computer up his butt."

Robed.Bishop: Tsk Tsk. The Troop, if such a legendary group existed, doesn't involve itself in such petty squabbles.
Aug-15-12  LIFE Master AJ: whoopee, another idit PF, poc troll.
Premium Chessgames Member
Robed.Bishop: <AJ: whoopee, another idit PF, poc troll.>

What's an "idit PF, poc troll." Anybody?

Premium Chessgames Member
perfidious: One decision I've never had cause to regret is putting <AJ>, that fount of all good things, on ignore when I came back. Makes life a lot better.
Premium Chessgames Member
TheFocus: <What's an "idit PF, poc troll." Anybody?>

I don't know what it means, but phrases like that show up on every <AJ> video.

Maybe a preview of what's to come?

Premium Chessgames Member
Robed.Bishop: Well, I don't use the ignore feature, as I noted on another page recently, and I don't know that I've been insulted here or even if he was addressing me.

Doesn't really matter one way or the other, I was just curios about what he meant. I have no desire to escalate the exchange or to discard my new-found anonymity.

Premium Chessgames Member
andrewjsacks: <Robed.Bishop> Well, I DO often use the ignore feature--but not as often as the girls in my high school obviously did...
Premium Chessgames Member
TheFocus: I don't see <AJ> making enough posts on the pages I visit for me to put him on Ignore.

Since the suspension, and shut down of his pages, he doesn't post as much as he did before.

Thank the gods for small favors!

Premium Chessgames Member
perfidious: Tonight I'll pay homage to Quetzalcoatl.
Premium Chessgames Member
Robed.Bishop: <andrewjsacks> I'm pleased to see, by the mere fact of your post, that I haven't made your ignore list.

Praise to you, sir, praise to you indeed!

Premium Chessgames Member
perfidious: <andrew> There was a Shirelles song, 'Foolish Little Girl'-seems to fit in the plural here.

Ah, if they only knew.

Premium Chessgames Member
hedgeh0g: <<AJ: whoopee, another idit PF, poc troll.> What's an "idit PF, poc troll." Anybody?>

I assume AJ was trying to communicate with the Martians.

Unfortunately, they're only interested in making contact with <intelligent> life.

Aug-16-12  DIO: So, is this about people not believing that Gufeld's game is worthy of praise or is it about people disliking AJ's work? So I am clear ... If it is the first, then the arguments are poor IMO. If it is the second, please take it outside of this page ...
Aug-16-12  LIFE Master AJ: All I wanted to know is what the average fan thought ... was this game a worthy candidate for a web page?

Obviously, no one (but trolls) care to comment, or so it would seem.
