Instead of 33.Re3, stronger may be 33.e5 dxe5 34.fxe5 Nxg5 [34...Nh5 35.Nxh7 Kxh7 36.Qxh5+] 35.Bxg5 Nh5 36.Bxd8.

Instead of 33...Nxg5, perhaps 33...Nf8 34.Rh3 a5 can hold.

Nigel played 41.Qxg6, but stronger may be 41.Rf6, threatening 42.Rxg6.
