Nov-09-05   Toastman: can anyone tell me why on 21 he didn't play Qxf6? black is then required to take the checking queen or allow it to escape and then on 22 he could play the Nxb7 move down less material.

  Karpova: What about 21.Qf6:+ Kd6: and black is a piece up without compensation for white? this could be the reason for not playing 21.Qf6: since the white queen`s side pawns wouldn`t pose a threat to black anymore
