Feb-13-04  capanegra: This is the game I’ve mentioned. It is very interesting to see the way Fischer first close with his pawns the K side, then the center, and finally sets his artillery over the Q side and dismantles black’s defense. Splendid demonstration of positional play by the American prodigy.

refutor: the caro at its worst, space-wise :) i think kagan could've pulled the trigger on ...d4 at some point.
Dec-15-05  joelsontang: in "my 60 memorable games", bob fisch says he tried 7.P-R3, B-B4; 8.B-K2, 0-0; 9.0-0 QN-Q2 against larsen and black got a satisfactory game! did fischer 4get his writing?

Ulhumbrus: Kagan may have offered the f7 pawn on purpose by 12...0-0-0. Instead of taking it, Fischer declined it by advancing a Queen side pawn by 13 a4 and then castled on the king side by 14 0-0.
Apr-28-06  Cyphelium: <Ulhumbrus> Obviously, Kagan did offer the f7 pawn on purpose, since 13. Qxf7? Rhf8 14. Qxe6 (14. Be3 is no better) 14.- Qxf2+ 15. Kd1 Qf3+ is dead lost for white.
Feb-07-07  Inf: why not 24..Qxb2? i couldn't find nothing wrong with it, queen does not get trapped... some help on this?
Feb-07-07  Towershield: 24...Qxb2?? 25.Rfb1 Qxd2 26.Rb7# :D
Mar-04-07  Inf: <:D im still learning> i blushed!
Mar-04-07  HannibalSchlecter: With the kingside all locked up Fischer could attack the other guy's king on the queenside with no worries whatsoever.
Oct-15-07  D4n: A second Queen with a unmove-able Knight asures a mate.
Jun-22-08  Atking: How White could have this pawn formation is a mystery... Is Chess from another planet?

Travis Bickle: Black in this game is an analogy of General Custer at The Little Bighorn Massacre!
