Kibitzer's Corner
May-26-05  chess man: The finish is 41.Kg1 Qxd4+ 42.K(moves)Qxd6 wins the Bishop. Or 41.Kf1 Bh3+ 42.Kg1 Qg2++. Nice win.
May-26-05  Kangaroo: I like
41. Kg1 Bh3 (threatening 42. Qg2#).
42. Ra2 Qe1 # -
Why does Black need a Bishop, if the King is available!?
May-28-05  chess man: <Kangaroo> your variation is the right one or definitely the quicker one. I missed the obvious threat of just mating the King on 41.Kg1 I saw how black could win the Bishop so I figured that it was the right variation but more importantly mate was threatened.
Aug-23-05  reendo21: either way....black wins!!
Apr-16-06  SneechLatke: Geller breaks white's position with the thematic Marshall break-through of ...g5, fg f4! Sacrificing two additional pawns to crash in on the kingside.
