  refutor: Black got an active position because he was able to play ...c5 and ...Nc6 instead of the usual ..Nd7

A better move order for Black is only playing ...Nf6 after White has played h5 (else play ...Nd7) because in the position above 8.Ne5 can be strong as well...more difficult to get the ...c5, ...Nc6 that Granda-Zuniga achieved here.
