Kibitzer's Corner
Oct-24-19  sea7kenp: As I see it, White Resigned, because there was no good place to move his King. If first rank, Queen swoops in to, either Mate him or, at least win his Rook. If 28 Kg3, then Qb2, threatening 29 ... Qf7.
Oct-25-19  Granny O Doul: Mainly White is a piece down and under heavy attack, but one possible finish is 28. Kg3 Nxe3, and if 29. e5 (reviving White's desperate counterthreat to h7), then 29 ...Nf1+ and 30...Ne2#.

I am guessing you mean ...Qf2 where you write 29...Qf7, but White's knight has that square covered.

I always thought "Petropolis" an odd name for a city in Brazil, but I guess they're entitled.
