I don't see the draw for White either.

The scoresheet indicates "active" chess, so maybe time limits were a consideration.

May-21-05  fgh: The position seems winning for black.
Apr-12-06  estebanchess2: why thats draw black can win!
Apr-12-06  Propayne: Perpetual check when white takes rook, black cannot stop it.
Mar-13-08  pwt: I don't see how black cannot stop it, or am I missing something?

Lets say:

51. Rxf2 Qxf2 52. Qb5+ Qe2

I don't see the perpetual check for white.

Mar-13-08  Aspirador: It's an easy win for black. Score should probably be 0-1. (Unless black's flag fell in which case it should be 1-0 instead of a draw.)
