  keypusher: Another striking positional game from Karpov. ...Rc8-c7-d7 is new to me. Later Black seems to expose his own king but his blockade of e5 allows him to get away with it. Nimzowitsch would love this game!
Apr-30-08  pikket: Yes - just like Karpov to allow the opponent to attack, deflect it, and then counter.
Jun-23-09  parisattack: Very typically Karpov! Well-annotated in How Karpov Wins by Mednis.
