Honza Cervenka: Does anybody know what was the time control here? Great squeezing turned in one-sided exhibition. Well, it was the exhibition...:-)
Jun-01-10  dgee: One hour. I'm sure I've seen some of this, with the players sharing their thoughts on each move

whiteshark: I few impressions from their second game: Spassky vs Karpov, 1982
Oct-23-10  WiseWizard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jwjt... Video with Karpov/Spassky giving play by play. I think Black should have traded Queens after 13. Na4. Black has less space, he isn't getting counterplay without serious concessions and the d file is one of the main characters of the positon. Spassky says I want to keep queens but doesn't give concrete reasons why. After 13. Qe7 14. c3 is vintage Karpov killing counterplay earrrlllllyyyy.
