  DutchDunce: On the other hand, a later incarnation of Mephisto managed to beat Karpov while he was still near top form, as well as a young Judit Polgar.

Wonder what "Exclusive B+P" means?? I notice there are a lot of B/P moves in this game, and quite a few knight moves in the "Mephisto S" (stands for knight in German) game. Maybe the computer was programmed to move only those pieces except where a large disadvantage would occur?
