tpstar: White got a nice attacking position out of the opening, then probably would have continued 17. f4 & 18. f5 had Black not traded 16 ... Nxc3 17. bxc3 Qc7 18. Rac1 where White's QR was stuck on defense but the Pd4 was reinforced.

28 ... Ra4 was an attempt to save the Pa6 but after 29. Bc4 Kg7 30. Qd1 b5 31. Bb3 there were no good squares for Black's Rook to go, so it got traded on e4 which opened lines toward Black's King. 35. Bc3 is a nice Pin winning material, then White closed it out.
