May-01-05  chess man: Beautiful ending. If 37...Qxd6 then 38.Rxe8 checkmate. Or if 37...Rxe1 then 38.Qf8 checkmate.
May-01-05  chess man: Just a little correction here before anyone corrects me if 37...Qxd6 38.Rxe8 38...Qf8 39.Rxf8 checkmate.
Jul-19-09  King.Arthur.Brazil: Smyslov planted Q and N into blacks position weak side and explores column E soundly, evoids complications, take the black N and B from good positions, win a P and then game! Seem seasy like take a candy from childs hands...

GrahamClayton: Lilienthal thought that he was going to win a rook with the X-ray attack 36...Re8, but Smyslov refutes it brilliantly with 37.Qd6!.
