  Peligroso Patzer: According to "Classical Chess Matches: 1907-1913", edited by Fred Wilson (Dover 1975), p. 222, the date of this game was 7th October 1913. It was certainly not one of Frank Marshall's better efforts.

  fm avari viraf: A beautiful move 14...Ng4! played by Duras leaving Marshall in a mating net. If White grabs the Bishop 15.Rxc5 then 15...Rhf8+ 16.Kg1 & Re1# If 15.h3 then 15...Nh2# The text move wins a piece.
