Sep-03-07		wolfmaster: White had too many pawns clogging the kingside to make the speculative sacrifice successful.

Apr-23-12		screwdriver: Looks like Najdorf played plenty of Scheveningen games too, not just the Najdorf. Scheveningen has e6 prior to a6 and the Najdorf has a6 prior to e6. They both seem the same to me. I think the Najdorf just keeps flexibility open as to what plan black wants to attach himself to. But if there is more than that to it, I'd love to hear it.

Apr-23-12		Shams: <screwdriver> Often ...e7-e5 is Black's idea in the Najdorf.
