It sure is. My copy of the tournament book is gathering dust somewhere. If I remember right Najdorf said "I protest!" when the arbiter ruled the loss on time but nobody paid attention and Najdorf himself never said another word about it.

Sep-25-13  jerseybob: Prague 1946 followed shortly after the mighty Groningen tourney in which Najdorf tied for fourth, proving he belonged to the world's elite. He was the winner at Prague, losing only to the relative unknown Gligoric.

I wonder on what grounds Najdorf would protest... Although he wasn't the kind of guy that necessarily needed grounds.
