Nov-12-04   siggemannen: <ConLaMismaMano>, white can play 27. Nxd2 instead

acirce: Your mistake? I thought it was <siggemannen>'s mistake (the knight stands on g3 when your line starts)
Nov-12-04   ConLaMismaMano: <acirce> Oh, yes! I was looking at the final position.
Nov-12-04   ConLaMismaMano: Anyway, very funny link!

acirce: Ok then. :-) Yes, very cool site if you're into chess variations. My handle derives from http://www.chessvariants.org/diffta...
Nov-12-04   ConLaMismaMano: I'm not much into it, but pretty interesting. And where does the "a" come from?

acirce: "circe" was taken when I should use it for the first time so I added the 'a' for some reason I don't remember and it stuck.
Nov-13-04   molinov: As a kid I used to play a variation of chess in which if a bishop or a knight where in the a or h files then they moved like rooks, if a rook or a bishop where in the b or g files they moved like knights and if a rook or a knight where in c or f files they moved like bishops. The converted and moved diferently depending on wich line they where in.In the e and d files they moved as usual.
Nov-14-04   siggemannen: yeah LOL, sorry guys, i'm doing this 5 o'clock in the morning and i'm a sucky player to say the least
