Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-13-05  lopium: What if 13.b4, with the idea of 14.h5 ?
Dec-15-05  lopium: I meant, the g6 bishop is lost? I guess no, but how to save it if so?
Dec-15-05  Petrocephalon: I'm not positive, but 13.b4 Qd5 14.bxc5 Qxc5 15.Qc4 Qxf2 seems to give black good comp.
Dec-16-05  Petrocephalon: Scratch that: 13.b4 Qd5?? 14.bxc5 Qxc5 15.Nd4 0-0-0 16.Qc4.

Probably just 13.b4 Na4 14.h5 Bxc2 15.Kxc2 Qd5.

Dec-16-05  Petrocephalon: Amusing how white is never able to enforce h5 from move 13 to 16. Reminds me somewhat of Khromov vs Nezhmetdinov, 1966
Jan-04-14  paul1959: 13 b4 Na6 14 h5 Bxc2 15 Kxc2 Nxb4+ nets black three pawns for the piece ( a2 and g4 are hanging) and a strong attack.
