Mar-03-04   731: Interesting opening and excellent game!

The Chinese School of Chess versus the Soviet School of Chess, one could say.

Mar-03-04   731: Maybe Shirov should give up classical chess and try XiangQi instead, more suited to his style :)

Mar-09-04   Checkmate123: Very nicely done by Xu Jun. Way to Go.
Mar-09-04   marcus13: 37. ... Nf8 seems to be a big blunder before time control. I think Black was able to save the half point before this move.
Mar-12-04   731: Haha yeah Nf8 was a funny move,
I don't know if this is draw or not however...

Richard Taylor: This game is in the book "The Chinese School of Chess" - here Shirov weakens his pawns too much I think.
