Dec-01-06  Mazettakos: Impressive play by Szabo! 18...Nexf5!, 21..Rf5 so as in case of 22.Ne3 then Qxh3 23. Kxh3 Rxf1+ 24. K somewhere and rook takes queen and finally 24..e4! opening the Bg7 bishop and subsequebtly the g file for the rook. Magnificent!

zydeco: According to Szabo, he could have won quickly by giving up the queen: 22.....Qxh3+ 23.Kxh3 Rxf1+ 24.Kg2 Rxe1 followed by Bb7. White could have defended in the game line with 24.Nf2.
