  nasmichael: With a different opening such as this one, Black decides not to castle--different goals in the opening, different means to reach those goals. Personalized openings mean looking at the entire picture differently. I know that this style is not used in the highest levels of play--but I am not playing people at the highest levels yet. But Mieses and Spielmann were.
Jan-12-06  Castle In The Sky: White makes a very basic miscalculation with 14.a5 and loses his knight with no compensation in material or position other than Black's "a" pawn.
