  Resignation Trap: A few years later, Lundin defeated Szabo once again at the Interzonal: Szabo vs E R Lundin, 1948 . This loss to the tail-ender Lundin left David Bronstein alone in first place. The Interzonal game was also a precursor to the Benko Gambit.
