Mateo: Incredible that so few people paid attention to this wonderful game. A clash of opposite styles! 30.Nxf6 was clearly the losing move.

vonKrolock: Mateo <"A clash of opposite styles!"> Indeed... The lavish Pawn delivery 16.f6 and the sequel 17.♖xf6 were what we would expect from Tal. Objectively, a meticulous defender like Hübner will have good chances. * Number 9 in Dr. Hübner's "Twenty Five Annotated Games" (Edition Marco, 1996)

Fusilli: Tal's free-spirit creativity crumbles under the weight of the rock-solid play of the German GM.
