An Englishman: Good Evening: Steiner sacrifices a pawn, and presents our Player of the Day with a handsome pawn center, but the fact that White can't castle Kingside (9.0-0,Nxc2+) gives Black rather a bit of compensation. Adams probably should have harassed the Bc5 with Na4, but I'm not certain when.
Apr-28-12  King Death: <An Englishman> White's done better in this transposition to the King's Gambit Declined (1.e4 e5 2.f4 Bc5 3.Nf3 d6 4.Nc3 Nf6 5.Bc4 Nc6 6.d3 Nd4) with 7.Na4 and here's a strange way to get to that position after 7.Na4 (Santasiere vs J Rauch, 1946). As far as I can remember this is the only time I've seen an Alekhine's Defense turn into a KG!
