An Englishman: 31...Black to Move would make a decent Wednesday puzzle. Nice to see the Eternal Problem Child (Black's light-squared Bishop) wreaking havoc all over the board.

Richard Taylor: Yes good chess by Levenfish -attacks Black's pawns then attacks.
Jan-13-17  Saniyat24: White should have played 29.Qc4 instead of Kg2.

  Sally Simpson: Hi Saniyat24,

White to play.

You have to ask yourself why 29.Qxc4 it was not played and why did White play 29.Kg2. Is there a link?

There is a Queen stab in the back trick on.

29.Qxc4 Rd1+ 30.Kg2 Rxc1.

White played 29.Kg2 to take this trick off the board.
