Chessical: A Reti in which Pomar as Black sacrifices successfully against Bellon's K-side pawn play.

Bellon's <14.Be2> is unnecessarily passive, and gives away his initiative. With <14.e6!> fxe6 (14...Bxb2?! 15.exf7+ Kf8 16.Qxb2 Ng7 is much betwr for White ) 15.Bxg7 Nxg7 he would hold the advantage.

Bellon's plan tp seize K-side space with <15.f4 and 16.g3> weakens his K-side and the threat of <Nxg3 or f4> by Pomar hangs heavily over Bellon. It does not quite work on move 16, e.g. 17.hxg3 Qh3 18.Kf2 Qg2+ 19.Ke1 Qxg3+ 20.Rf2 Rd8

Pomar's <18...Nxf4!> destroys Bellon's defences.

If <25.Qf1> then 25...Rg3+ wins on the spot.
