Penguincw: That ♘ on a5 was pretty sad.

Nov-25-11  King Death: <Penguincw> I've seen knights go to a5 a lot in the KID, but this was a sad looking one. 5...Bg4 is a TN that probably won't be repeated any time soon.

  Penguincw: <King Death >

I have never experienced the KID in life (white or black) but I have a feeling this time the reason black played 8...♘a5 in the first place was to avoid 9.d5 with an attack.

Nov-10-12  Schach and Awe: The combo Honza is referring to begins at White move 29. Might make a good Wed or Thurs puzzle.
