Depends on where you live. Me being from Slovenia and knowing neighbouring Croatia, where Tomislav Musić is from, i don't see much correlation between Tomislav's surname <Musić> (etymology: derived from Biblical prophet Moses; pron.: <<moo-ssitsh>>) and english word <music>.

So for me it was totally uncorrelated, not even mentioning <Musić> is pronounced nowhere near english word <music>. But i get what your fascination is about, if you are not speaker of any Slavic language.

Mar-18-18  Delboy: Another routine encounter is undeservedly elevated to 'Game of the Day' based on nothing but a (weak) pun.

When will chessgames.com revert to only giving us GOTD that are truly remarkable, unusual or historically interesting?

It is quite hard to get a good game, with a good pun, that can get through the problem of the Pun Voting Booth. Anything too clever will not get voted for, because most people are stupid.

What tends to get voted for are the crappiest knee-jerk puns, and these are the ones people complain about when they are used.
