Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-12-05   sergeidave: Interesting!! The King himself playing important rolls on the killing of the enemy!! Nice game!
Jan-12-05   kostich in time: Thjis ,is, indeed, a very interesting and lively game. It is an interesting example of an active king in a simplified position creating a mating net. I can think of few similar examples. Interestingly, both Pirc and Tylor were originally trained as lawyers. Tylor (who was legally blind) was a law tutor at Oxford.
Jan-12-05   Shah Mat: great game.

i wonder just how unsound Bird's is with proper defense.

Aug-16-05   erimiro1: <chessgames.com>As far as I know, it's not Bird's opening (that continues 1. - d5) but an interesting variation called (I hope I spell it right) The From gambit.
