Apr-23-05  WMD: Fun game. Black's king finds safety on the d1 square. Heidenfeld seems to go wrong with 32.Qf5 with 32.h6 or Qg5 to be preferred.

The game wasn't played at the 1954 Olympiad.

Apr-23-05  aw1988: Amazing black won this...
Dec-15-11  Caissanist: According to Tim KrabbĂ©, this was played in "a short training match" in Amsterdam: http://timkr.home.xs4all.nl/chess/r... .

offramp: Why did white play 39.Kf5? What about Kxf4?
Sep-21-13  Shams: <offramp> Both continuations lose, but this way White was able to queen before resigning.
