Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-14-05  Corwin: it looks like white stand better most of the time, won't you say?
Aug-18-05  Pawn Ambush: Yeah but having an inferior position is no big thing you have to know how to make the position as difficult as possible for the opponent to capitalize on.

In a match if your opponent gets several better positions against you and can't win them it under mines their confidence just look Tarrasch-Lasker and Fischer- Spassky!

Jan-30-09  WhiteRook48: I thought the game result was 1/2-1/2 until I looked at the 0-1
Jan-30-09  GreenArrow: It is a testament to Owen's skill that he resigns here, seeing that there is no way out after 34.Rg4 h5! 35.Rg3 h4! In fact Owen was meeting Morphy blow for blow until 31.gxh3. After 31.Qc5! b6 32.Qa3 Qf7 33.Nxa7 it is probably about equal.
